Your subscription account number is printed on the cover of your magazine, right above your name on the mailing label. If you are unable to find your account number, then please call or e-mail our Subscriber Services Department.

When will I receive my first issue?     Back to Top

MedEsthetics is issued every other month—January, March, May, etc. Your first issue is mailed to you within 6 to 8 weeks after we receive your order. If you think you have missed an issue, then please call or e-mail our Subscriber Services Department immediately to make sure we have your correct mailing address and other contact information.

Please contact our Subscriber Services Department to change your mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and/or e-mail address. If your subscription is about to expire or has expired, then you can renew your subscription in several ways:

How can I order back issues?     Back to Top

Back issues are available for $7.50 each (Canada $13.00, other international $19.00). If you prefer to pay via credit card, call (800) 442-5667 or go to our online order form here. If you prefer to pay via check, simply enclose payment, specify the issues you want and send your order with shipping address to: MedEsthetics, Attn: Back Issues, 7628 Densmore Ave., Van Nuys, CA 91406-2042. Allow four weeks for delivery.

How can I order article reprints?

Article reprints are available for purchase. Please see article reprints for additional details and how to place your order.

How do I get written permission to use articles?

The materials on this website may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, cached, or otherwise used, except with prior written permission of Creative Age Communications, Inc. To use any MedEsthetics article, photograph or any other material featured in our magazines and/or on this website, you must first receive written approval from our Editorial or Executive Departments. It is illegal to reproduce any MedEsthetics article, photograph or any other material without written permission. If your company, product or medical spa was featured in a MedEsthetics issue or on this website, then you may purchase article reprints.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

If for any reason you decide to cancel your subscription, we will promptly refund you the value of the un-mailed issues left in your subscription.

What if I don't receive an issue?

Occasionally, a magazine issue is damaged or gets lost in the mail. If your issue is not delivered or if it arrives damaged, then please call or e-mail our Subscriber Services Department to resolve the matter:

We want to assure that we have your correct mailing address and contact information, and will gladly replace your missing or damaged issue(s), or extend your subscription.

Your payment and our invoice may have simply crossed in the mail. If you mailed us your payment more than 4 weeks ago, please call (800) 624-4196. We will gladly resolve the matter promptly.

Yes, we gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. MedEsthetics is published by Creative Age Publications, so all credit card payments will be charged to "Creative Age Publications”.
