Your subscription account number is printed on the cover of your magazine, right above your name on the mailing label. If you are unable to find your account number, then please call or e-mail our Subscriber Services Department.

MedEsthetics is issued every other month—January, March, May, etc. Your first issue is mailed to you within 6 to 8 weeks after we receive your order. If you think you have missed an issue, then please call or e-mail our Subscriber Services Department immediately to make sure we have your correct mailing address and other contact information.

If your subscription is about to expire or has expired, then you can renew your subscription in several ways:

Back issues are available for $7.50 each (Canada $13.00, other international $19.00). If you prefer to pay via credit card, call (800) 442-5667 or go to our online order form here. If you prefer to pay via check, simply enclose payment, specify the issues you want and send your order with shipping address to: MedEsthetics, Attn: Back Issues, 7628 Densmore Ave., Van Nuys, CA 91406-2042. Allow four weeks for delivery.

 

How can I order article reprints?

How do I get written permission to use articles?


The materials on this website may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, cached, or otherwise used, except with prior written permission of Creative Age Communications, Inc. To use any MedEsthetics article, photograph or any other material featured in our magazines and/or on this website, you must first receive written approval from our Editorial or Executive Departments. Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?


If for any reason you decide to cancel your subscription, we will promptly refund you the value of the un-mailed issues left in your subscription.

What if I don't receive an issue?


Occasionally, a magazine issue is damaged or gets lost in the mail. If your issue is not delivered or if it arrives damaged, then please call or e-mail our Subscriber Services Department to resolve the matter:
